Girls Don't Cry
A conversation with Teodora Milevska (Stella/Period/Hera) Educator & Researcher Dedicated to Advancing Gender Equality.
How do girls navigate a world that often feels more restrictive than free?
Do girls need inspiration and a powerful call for true female empowerment - and a better, freer world for the next generation?
The discussion will be followed by a screening of the documentary "Girls Don't Cry", which follows six courageous teenage girls from around the world, each facing unique challenges, but united by one desire: to live freely and on their own terms. They want to choose who they love, make decisions about their own bodies, and live without control, prejudice, or patriarchy. Despite their diverse backgrounds, they all seek the same thing - a life of freedom and authenticity. But that is far from guaranteed.

101% - Who controls your choices?
“101% - Who controls your choices?” is the title of an educational project, specifically a short film, created by the Italian State Police and other entities, with a focus on cybersecurity and the fight against violence on social media. The project aims to educate about the dangers of the digital world and the importance of critical thinking to maintain control over one’s own decisions, even when faced with pressures such as social media.
This film aims to influence Cybersecurity Education and Violence on Social Networks and the broader topic of online safety.
The film encourages viewers to think critically about the influences that can influence their choices, especially in the context of social media.
By highlighting issues such as violence on social media and cybersecurity, the project encourages reflection on how external forces can influence personal choices and how one can resist excessive influence in order to remain in control of one’s own actions.
