The 53rd edition of the Gifoni Film Festival, the most important film festival for young audience in the world, is taking place from 20 to 29 July in Gifoni valle Piana, Italy. Among 6500 participants from over 35 countries, there is the Macedonian delegation with ten representatives aged 14 to 19 years, selected among the most active participants at the last edition of the Giffoni Macedonia Youth Film Festival.

Kalina, Bisera, Maksim, Jovan, Bojana, Chase, Damjan, Leticia, Lina and Teo: they are part of the international jury that will choose the best films from the world’s film production for children and young people.

Apart from the films, numerous other activities are organized for the young participants, meetings with directors, producers and actors, as well as a rich music program. The Giffoni Film Festival takes place every year in July, as a central manifestation that crowns the numerous activities of the great Giffoni concept that are organized throughout the whole year around the world.

With its eleventh edition that will be held in October of this year, Giffoni Macedonia, as a proud member of the Giffoni family will once again offer a unique film experience for about 600 participants from Macedonia and abroad.
